North Collin Water Supply Corporation (NCWSC) is a a private, non-profit, rural cooperative. It is managed by a board of directors. The board meets periodically and you are welcome to attend the meetings.

Board meetings are held the 2nd Thursday each month at 7:00 p.m. at the office at 2225 Hwy. 121 N. Melissa, Texas.

Two board members are elected each year at the Annual Membership Meeting in April and serve three year staggered terms.
