North Collin Water Supply Corporation (NCWSC) is a a private, non-profit, rural cooperative. It is managed by a board of directors. The board meets periodically and you are welcome to attend the meetings.

Board meetings are held the 2nd Thursday each month at 7:00 p.m. at the office at 2333 Sam Rayburn Hwy.

Two board members are elected each year at the Annual Membership Meeting in April and serve three year staggered terms.

Conservation Information

North Collin Water Supply is Currently at Stage 2 Water Restrictions

North Collin Water Supply remains at Stage 2 water restrictions until further notice. North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) has announced that they will implement Stage 3 restrictions starting Nov. 1, 2011. As a customer of NTMWD, North Collin Water Supply will consider moving to Stage 3, also.

NCWSC has created a drought contingency plan in case of drought. NCWSC uses this plan to define stages and enact measures to conserve and protect our water supply. Download the contingency plan (Acrobat PDF) Acrobat PDF
